The line usee the resin PPR,PPCand so on as the raw materials and the products have many excellent properties such as non-toxic,high temperatre reeeesistance,long service life,no water scale,anti-corrosive,and freezing prevention etc.The pipes can be used extensively to transport cold and hot water,oil,corrosive liquid and served as central heating pipe,floor board heating etc.
The line is composed of special single screw extruder,die,vacuum cooling calibrating system,haul-off unit,cutter and automatic stacking decice etc.The major designing features of the line are high efficiency,energy-saving and compact structure.The extruder is adopted of optimizing design screw to strengthen the transportation efficiency.The haul-off unit is controlled by frequency converting so as to ensure the stability of the extruding.
